Engine: 410 cubic inch aluminium V8 producing over 800 brake horse power.

Chassis: Maxim chassis constructed in Illinois, USA from chromoly tubing.

Weight: Minimum 1,475 pounds (700 kg) including driver.

Gears: Sprintcars have no gears with all the power transferred through a central driveline direct to the rear wheels.

Tyres: Hoosier race tires with right rear wheel maximum 17 inches wide.

Wings: HRP wings from Wisconsin, USA. Top wing 25 square feet.

Fuel: Methanol (uses over 100 litres per meeting)

For the 2007/08 season Zenith Racing will have two 410ci engines and three Maxim chassis’ available.

Zenith Racing transport their racing equipment across the country in their 52 feet (15 metre) truck and trailer built by Zenith Race Trailers.
